Magazine Cover Review

  Magazine Cover Review    My initial impressions of the magazine   “Vogue” w ere  that it was targeting  wealthy women who are very invested in fashion. The magazine was filled with expensive designer brands. Rihan na was modeling for the magazine, in hopes to appeal to the younger wome n , as well as older women.  Another reason they have Rihanna modeling for the magazine is to make people feel like they will look like she does while wearing the clothes that the magazine is selling. Also, they put a famous person on the cover, for people to purchase the magazine.  They advertised with large, dark fonts to stand out, and express power.     My initial impressions  of the magazine “Better Homes and Gardens” w ere  the dark background of the cover, with the Halloween designs spread acr oss the cover of the article.  The magazine shows off creative and festive designs and ideas for designs that will make a person want to buy ...

Title Sequence Clip Review

Title Sequence Clips      My initial impression of  the  opening scene of 2001 Space Odyssey  was that something crazy was going to happen, based on the eerie sounds and pitch-black screen that was showed in the opening scene. It then went on to show  a primate who was holding a bone, using it as a tool. This was foreshadowing the advancement that was going to be shown  later  in this scene, and what tools would look like to us now.    My initial impression of the opening scene of  S cream was that it would be a horror movie, and that there would be a lot of blood. The words spelling out scream were in a dark red color, symbolizing bloo d, and had loud screaming in the background of the title.
